1. Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Visit the Support page with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your purchase email address and your Paddle transaction/order ID (if available).
  3. Optionally share the reason for the refund (this helps us improve, but is not required).

3. Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time depends on your payment method/bank, typically a few business days.
  • Once refunded, your Pro license may be deactivated.

4. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of:

  • Requests made after the 30-day period
  • Evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms
  • Repeated refund requests suggesting misuse
